Waterfowl introduction: This vast oasis has become an important breeding and migration ground for migratory birds. According to the inspection by experts from the National Environmental Zoology Center, the birds under national first-level protection nesting in the wetland park include red-crowned cranes, oriental white storks, and bald cranes; the birds under national second-level protection include white-naped cranes, whooper swans, and white-headed cranes. There are 42 species of herons and various waterfowl.
