Introduction to the Yan Family Flower Hall: Located at Nos. 47 and 48 on the south side of Anmin Lane, it was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It was originally the "Taicheng Gong Ancestral Hall of the Yan Family". Many relatives of the Yan family from all over the province live here. It was built by Zou Keming, a returned overseas Chinese businessman during the Republic of China. It was renovated twice and is now the Zhennan Culture and Art Museum. The museum displays a series of furniture made from the ancient sunken wood of Jinnan.
The former residence faces south and faces north, surrounded by walls on all sides, covering an area of 1,425 square meters. The large patio inside the gate connects the cloisters on three sides. The front hall adopts a bucket-type wooden frame. The 28 wooden columns in the hall and the paved stone slabs are all very large. Although some of the vertical columns in the hall and corridor are incomplete, the two hanging bells can be seen that the original components had rich patterns and fine workmanship.
