Introduction to Youshi House: is located at No. 17 Wenrufang. The You family was originally from Wuxing, Zhejiang. They first moved to Luoyuan, Fujian, and later to Hongtang, Fuzhou. They moved to Lanheli in Fuzhou City at the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. From You Mengbiao, they started doing business. After three generations of Xian, Qing and De, they developed into a well-known family in Fuzhou. This large industrial and commercial family had 13 residences in its heyday, and there were 6 courtyards in Wenrufang. The hall of some courtyards could hold 100 tables of banquets, and it was called Youban Street.
