Introduction to St. Michels Bridge: St. Michels Bridge (St. Michielsbrug) was built from 1905 to 1909. It was designed by Louis Kurouquet. It is a ten-brick arch bridge. There is a street lamp designed with the bronze statue of Saint Michel in the center of the bridge. From the bridge, you can see the famous guild buildings in Ghent across the river.
