Introduction to the Temple of the Emerald Buddha: The core building of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is the Main Hall. There are three layers of wooden double eaves on the top of the hall. The ridge is high and the eaves are low. The blue roof tiles are decorated with red and yellow borders, and there are Decorated with dragon heads, dragon scales, phoenix tails and other components. The doors and windows are all in the shape of square spires, and the frames are covered with gold leaf and stained glass. The door panels and window panels are wonderful works inlaid with shells. There are 40 square pillars in the temple, and there are 112 golden statues in the form of birds and human bodies in the corridors. The outer walls and four-cornered columns of the hall are decorated with colored glass pieces. Under the tropical sunlight, the colored glass pieces shine like colorful scales, making them dazzling. The front of the main hall faces the east. There are 6 bronze lions placed outside the front and back hall doors to guard the temple gate. They open their mouths and hold out their chests. They are very majestic. They are made according to the shape of Cambodian stone lions. The highly respected Jade Buddha is placed in the Main Hall, so the Main Hall is also called the Jade Buddha Hall.
