Introduction to Sicily Cave: Sicily Cave was discovered in 2004 by the Sicilian Hydrogeological Research Center in Italy and the Institute of Karst Geology of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. It is located on the slope of the Poxiong Ao depression in the east of Fengshan County. The cave entrance is 673 meters above sea level. The tunnel is 2,308 meters long and 156 meters deep. It is connected by two layers of tunnels and shaft passages. The upper cave passage of Sicily Cave is characterized by a flowstone dam, and the landscape of the lower cave is a dazzling array of stone pillars and stalagmites.
