Introduction to Luochi: Luochi is a wild water in the north of Liuzhou City. It is famous because Liu Zongyuan often walked here and people built a temple here to commemorate him after his death. There is a stele beside the water with the word "Luochi" engraved on it. Whenever the moon rises above Dongtai Mountain, it reflects on the water of Luochi, forming the stunning scenery of "Moonlight at Luochi", one of the eight scenic spots in Liuzhou.
