Introduction to the exhibition of cultural relics unearthed from the tomb of the Nanyue King: The tomb of Zhao Quan, the Nanyue King, is one of the major archaeological discoveries in my country in the 1980s. More than 10,000 pieces of various types of funerary objects were unearthed from the tomb. Among the jade articles, the "silk jade clothes" worn by the tomb owner were discovered for the first time by archeology in my country. The sapphire horn cup, eleven sets of jade accessories, and fifty-eight jade sword ornaments are all major discoveries in Han jade. Among the bronzes, the tripod with the inscription "Fanyu", the barrel with the warship pattern and the sentence with the inscription "the ninth year of Emperor Wen" are all very important. There are also a large number of treasures such as ancient Persian silver boxes and blue plate glass plaques.
