Introduction to Dahua Tower: Dahua Tower is the best-preserved watchtower of the Great Wall of the Northern Qi Dynasty. It was built at the same time as Gubeikou City. The building is 10 meters high and 10 meters below. There are 12 arrow windows on all sides. The top is an observation deck and the surrounding battlements. The city defenders stood on the top of the Dahua Tower. To the north they could see the roads, rivers and mountains far outside the Great Wall; to the south they could see the Nantianmen; to the west they could see the Eight Towers; to the east they could watch Gubeikou City.
