Introduction to Langning Villa: Mr. Langning is a Canadian and spent his childhood here. His father is a pastor. When Lang Ning was studying in Xiangfan, he went to Xieshan with his father many times to escape the summer heat. In 1943, when he was serving as Canada's diplomat to China in Chongqing, he and his family spent more than four months summer vacation in Xieshan. The villa where he lived, known as "Lonning Villa", is still well preserved. It is said that the cypress tree in front of the house was planted by Lang Ning himself and it still stands tall today.
