Introduction to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Tower: The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Tower is located on the bank of the Crescent Pool at the east foot of the Duxiu Peak in the Imperial City. In September 1925, famous Kuomintang figures Bai Chongxi, Liu Weizhang, Li Yaoxuan, Li Weiren, Qiu Bangtao, etc. who were in Guangxi at that time commemorated the Guangzhou Revolution. The establishment of the government and the unification of Guangxi led to the construction of this tower when Dr. Sun Yat-sen vowed to stop in Hua during the Northern Expedition in 1921.
