Introduction to Fazang Temple: Yinshan Fazang Temple was restored to its original appearance in 1986 with donations from lay people and believers from both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It was originally the Huagai Temple built by Li Yimin in the 58th year of Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1793). He became famous for his copy and engraving of the "Diamond Sutra" with a total of more than 10,000 words in ten blocks. Now only eight pieces of the Diamond Sutra remain on the back wall of Fazang Temple.
