Introduction to Chiobiantang: After the main hall, passing through the hanging flower gate, is the second hall courtyard. The second hall is mainly the place where the prefect handles daily affairs when he is not promoted to the throne. There are five east and west rooms on the east and west sides, respectively, where civil and military officials discuss matters. Chiebiantang was first built in the Song Dynasty. Local officials at that time often came here to discuss and plan border defense. There is a couplet on the door of the hall, which means to warn officials not to be fooled by the superficial prosperous scene, but to be considerate of the people's sentiments and pay attention to public opinion.
