Introduction to the Baha'i Hanging Garden: The Baha'i Garden is located on Mount Carmel, known as the "Mountain of God". This is the holy land of the Baha'i Faith. The entire garden surrounds the Báb Mausoleum and is built with a level Another step garden with different heights but perfect symmetry. The entire garden stretches for nearly a kilometer from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain. From a distance, it looks like it is built in the sky. A large area of Israel is in arid or semi-arid desert areas. In this thirsty land, the local people have made the best use of limited water resources. During the construction of the Bahá'í Step Garden, the builders overcame the Overcoming many difficulties, different levels of irrigation systems were installed according to the different water needs of different plants. After nearly 50 years of construction, a beautiful and solemn terraced garden standing in the sky was built.
The Hanging Garden is the work of Canadian architect William Maxwell. He perfectly blended Eastern and Western styles, exquisitely embodying the simplicity, clarity and tolerance of the emerging religion of Baha'i.
