Introduction to the main tombstone: 3.2 meters high and 87 centimeters wide. The four words "Edict of the Emperor Ming Dynasty" are engraved on the forehead of the monument. In the middle is "Zi Shan Youdu Yushi of the Nanjing Metropolitan Procuratorate presented the posthumous title to Prince Shaobao to Zhong Haigong." On the right is "Xu Ziwei, the imperial envoy who supervised the construction of the tomb and was responsible for making sacrifices to the emperor", and on the left is "The tomb was built on the auspicious day of noon on February 22nd, the year of Jichou, in the seventeenth year of Wanli". During the Cultural Revolution, Hai Rui's tomb was damaged Destroyed, this monument is the only remaining original from when the tomb was built 400 years ago.
