Introduction to Haikou Qilou: The front half of the building is built across the sidewalk and connects to the roadside to form a free walking corridor, with a length of several hundred meters or even one or two kilometers. The front facade is divided into three sections. The lower section is an arcade with columns, the middle section is a floor, and the upper section is a cornice parapet. Most of the buildings are in the form of a "front shop and back house" or "a shop below and a house above" type of building layout. Its architectural form is a combination of Chinese and Western features. Its colonnades, corridors, spires, carved doors, windows and shutters all incorporate European architectural elements in the Nanyang style.
