Introduction to the Tomb Pagoda Forest: The Tomb Pagoda Forest is located on the west side of the Thousand Buddha Hall of Lingyan Temple. It is the cemetery of the eminent monks who abboted the temple from the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. Built against the mountain, it is divided into upper and lower floors. There are 167 large and small tomb towers and 81 inscriptions and tablets. Except for one brick tomb tower, they are all made of stone.
