Introduction to the statue of Wang Baochuan: In the late Tang Dynasty, there was Wang Baochuan, a daughter of a prominent family in the north gate of Xi'an. He threw an embroidery ball on the embroidery building to choose his son-in-law, but he lost the shabby Xue Pinggui. She did not mind being poor and loved being rich, and insisted on her choice to marry Xue Pinggui. Then she had a falling out with her family and ran away to live alone in Hanyao by the Qujiang Pond in the south of the city. Later, in the 18th year of Xue Pinggui's expedition to the west, she waited alone in the cold kiln. Without food, she dug up all the shepherd's purses in the nearby fields and ate them all, and she stayed there for 18 years.
