Introduction to Lover's Bridge: Lover's Bridge was built in February 2006 and spans both sides of the Baohe River 2 kilometers below Shimen Dam. The bridge is 160 meters long and 0.8 meters wide. It is the first span suspension bridge in southern Shaanxi. There are Yuanyang Pavilions symmetrically built on the bridge platforms on both sides of the Lover's Bridge. The Yuanyang Pavilion is composed of two square pavilions with single eaves resting on the mountain. The pavilion is 6 meters high, 5.8 meters wide and 12.5 meters long. There are benches on all sides of the pavilion, the pillars are painted with bright red paint, the eaves are decorated with Suzhou-style paintings with gold lines, and the roof is paved with gray pottery tiles. The bridge body is orange-red as a whole, with a graceful arc. Green mountains stand on both sides of the bridge, and green water flows under the bridge. Against the blue sky, it looks like a brilliant rainbow connecting the two sides of the Bao Valley.
