Introduction to Mongolian almond: Mongolian almond, a rare species. Deciduous shrub, 1 to 2 meters high. It is mainly distributed in deserts with an altitude of 1,000 to 2,400 meters in parts of Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Ningxia, and in mountains, hills, rocky slopes, piedmont flood plains and dry river beds in desert steppe areas. It is a light-loving tree species with a well-developed root system and is resistant to drought, cold and barrenness. The flowering period is from April to May, and the fruit is ripe from July to August.
