Introduction to the Revolution Museum: The predecessor of the Revolution History Museum was the Cuban Presidential Palace. From 1920 to the victory of the revolution in 1959, every president of Cuba lived here. Currently it is the Museum of the Cuban Revolution, which displays various documents and objects introducing the modern history of Cuba. Behind the museum is the Granma Memorial Hall, which houses the small boat Castro took when he landed in Granma and returned to Cuba and other objects.
