Introduction to Luo Shuai's alma mater: The full name is "Yueying Primary School". It used to be the Temple of Master Yishan and the Temple of Lord Lingde, located diagonally opposite Luo Ronghuan's former residence. They were built in the Jiaqing and Daoguang years of the Qing Dynasty respectively. After the Revolution of 1911, Luo Ronghuan's father, Mr. Luo Guoli, established a "Luoshi Higher National Primary School" here. Luo Ronghuan was among the first batch of students and studied here for three years. In November 1926, when Luo Ronghuan returned to his hometown to launch the peasant movement, he opened a peasant night school here and established the Mengzi District 9 Farmers Association of Hengshan County.
