Introduction to Yanxia Peak: Yanxia Peak is located on the right back of Nantianmen behind Nanyue Temple. Below it are Lancan Rock, Lankey Rock, Jingping Rock, Lingxiao Altar, Gaoming Platform and other historic sites. On the Lingxiao altar there are 16 characters carved on stone by the Song Dynasty: "The universe, heaven and earth, famous mountains and rivers, four dimensions above and below, people with a sense of enlightenment". On the Gaoming Terrace there are the three characters "Extremely Gaoming" written by Li Mi and the stone carvings of Han Yu's poem "The Marquis of Ye has many books and 30,000 scrolls", with strong writing power.
