Introduction to Daguan Tower: Daguan Tower was built at the end of the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. It is located in the center of the academy and is also the most important building in the academy. It used to be the place where the academy gave lectures. In front of the building is a copper statue of Confucius, a Confucian saint. The statue is 2.4 meters high and weighs about 1.8 tons. It is equipped with a 0.8-meter-high Mongolian black stone base and is set against the backdrop of precious trees such as locust, bayberry, ginkgo, red maple, and osmanthus. It looks more elegant and solemn.
