Introduction to the Ancient Buddha Weir: The Ancient Buddha Weir is a weir built on the lower river of Jinhua Nunnery. Since Jinhua Nunnery was built near the hillside of the weir bank, it was named Ancient Buddha Weir. There are also records saying that the year when the ancient Buddha Weir was first built is unknown, but there are records that it was rebuilt in the 25th year of Qianlong's reign. The weir head starts from Luojialin on the ancient Buddha cave, and the water flows southward along the foot of Muma Mountain, through Renshou and Pengshan to the river mouth, with a total length of 40 kilometers, irrigating tens of thousands of acres of fertile farmland. For hundreds of years, it has been used to raise people, and its irrigation function has not diminished to this day. It still irrigates tens of thousands of acres of fertile land, just like a small "Dujiangyan". There is a popular song among the people: "The temple rides across the ancient Buddha weir, and the water from the ancient Buddha weir irrigates the fertile fields."
