Introduction to Guanyin Temple: Guanyin Temple is located on Guanyin Mountain in the northeast corner of the town, facing the ancient town across the river. Guanyin Temple was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution and was renamed Dabei Temple after restoration. There is a mountain gate at the foot of the mountain, and two major halls are built near the top of the middle peak. Maitreya Buddha is enshrined in the front hall. There are three giant statues in the main hall, and there are twelve statues of Yuanyin Bodhisattva around the hall. There is a cloister at the back of the hall, and the Guanyin Bodhisattva is sculptured in the cloister. Compassion and salvation should be transformed into thirty-three bodies, with various postures and lifelike shapes, each of which is an art treasure. Standing on the platform outside the hall and looking at the railing, the mountains in the distance are winding, the Jinjiang River is like a belt nearby, the green fields are flat, and the beautiful mountains and waters are all in sight. It makes people's worries disappear, and the mood is relaxed, as if they are in a blissful state. Therefore, Guanyin Temple is known as "the green mountains outside the threshold reflect the blue waves".
