Exhibition introduction to the Order of the Thistle: The Order of the Thistle represents the highest honor in Scotland. The order is awarded to those Scots who have contributed to Scotland in public office or in specific ways.
Since April 2008, the Palace of Holyroodhouse has set up an exhibition with the theme of the Order of the Thistle. The historic medals are also on display in the palace at the Queen's Palace in St. Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh ( Demonstration of the cloak worn at the Order of the Thistle ceremony at St Giles' Cathedral.
