Introduction to the Dong Village: The Dong Village was built earlier and consists of the Dong courtyard, Dong residence, drum tower, flower bridge, square, courtyard, flower wall, lawn, dock, etc., with a total construction area of more than 3,000 square meters.
The Dong houses are characterized by wide corridors, stilted buildings, small green tile roofs and side buildings; the Drum Tower and Flower Bridge are representatives of the Dong architectural culture. The Drum Tower is known as the "shade tree" of the Dong Village. Without the "shade trees", the village would have no cohesion and would not develop and prosper. The Huaqiao is called the Wind and Rain Bridge because there are corridors and pavilions built on the bridge for pedestrians and shelter from wind and rain.
