Introduction to Hutou Prison: On the east side is Hutou Prison. The prison door has two floors, forming a passage 1 meter high and 2.3 meters long. There is a threshold and door leaf at each end, and one opens to the left. , one opening to the right, is a standard death row door. There is a pillow kiln in the prison yard, divided into three rooms. The one on the west side was where Su San was imprisoned. The wall is about 1.1 meters thick. The thickest one is the south wall of the courtyard. The wall is 1.8 meters high and 1.7 meters thick. Quicksand is poured into the wall. The fluidity of the sand prevents prisoners from digging holes and escaping.
