Introduction to the stone tablets: There are two huge couplet tablets in the middle of the east and west sides of the hall, leading directly to the top of the hall. The monument is engraved with the names of 62,576 martyrs, including 372 martyrs at the county regiment level or above. They all died heroically or died of illness due to overwork in Shandong and other parts of East China, mainly in the Yimeng Mountain area, from the Great Revolution to the War of Liberation. More than 30,000 of them were from the Yimeng Mountain area, and the rest came from 16 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions, and some are internationalist fighters from foreign countries.
