Introduction to Xinfulin: Xinfulin was built in the eighth year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1669). It was destroyed in the same year of Xianxian and rebuilt in the late Qing Dynasty on a grand scale. The last monk is Neng Hui, also known as Zen Master Zhiwu. Neng Hui originally inherited the Dharma from the Caodong Sect. In the early years of the Republic of China, Emperor Jiyao of the Tang Dynasty invited Master Xuyun to return to Dian and teach Dharma at Huating Temple. Neng Hui went there and practiced hard for several years and inherited the Dharma from Master Xuyun, the 23rd Linji Zongzong. His name was Neng Hui After enlightenment, Mou Ding was appointed as the president of the County Buddhist Association and the abbot of Xinfulin Temple. There is a Linji Dharma sect in Huafo Mountain that is truly self-enabled and wise.
