Introduction to the Intermediate Court: On November 11, 1948, Liu Bocheng, Chen Yi, and Deng Xiaoping led the Central Plains Field Army Headquarters to enter the Wenchang Palace in Linhuan from Zhecheng, Henan. On November 16, the General Front Committee of the Huaihai Campaign was established in Wenchang Palace. The General Front Committee is composed of five comrades: Liu Bocheng, Chen Yi, Deng Xiaoping, Su Yu, and Tan Zhenlin. Liu, Chen, and Deng are members of the Standing Committee, and Deng Xiaoping is the secretary.
