Introduction to Sanyuan Palace: Sanyuan Palace is the fifth palace, and the main hall is the Sanguan Palace. The three officials refer to Tianguan, Diguan, and Shuiguan. They are the prominent gods of early Taoism. The official of heaven bestows blessings, the official of earth pardons sins, and the official of water relieves misfortune. Taoism records the birthdays of the three officials on the Sanyuan day, that is, Tianguan was born on the 15th day of the first lunar month of the Shangyuan Dynasty, Diguan was born on the 15th day of the seventh lunar month of the Zhongyuan Dynasty, and Shuiguan was born on the 15th day of the tenth lunar month of the Xianyuan Dynasty. Sanguan is also known as the "Three Yuan Emperor".
