Introduction to Building No. 1: Located in the west corner of Shaoshan Chong, it is a T-shaped bungalow with blue bricks and blue tiles. It was designed by the Hunan Provincial Construction Engineering Bureau and based on the architectural style of Mao Zedong's housing in Zhongnanhai. In June 1966, Mao Zedong lived here for 11 days and called it "a cave in the west" in a subsequent letter.
