Introduction to Shiyide Winery: Shiyide Winery is one of the eight major wineries in Huzhu Ancient Weiyuan Fort. The distillery uses tile highland barley, an ancient crop unique to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, as raw material, and brews old highland barley shochu and highland barley mint distilled wine using local techniques.
