Introduction to the Water Palace: The Water Palace (Jal Mahal) is a palace built in the center of the lake by the Maharaja of Anmer at the end of the 18th century. It is used for summer escape. It is located halfway from Jaipur to the Amber Fort. It is not open to the public, but looking from the lake, the palace seems to be floating on the water.
