Introduction to the small castle: There are three small castles in the east, west, and Qian (northwest). It is the only existing continuous-standing castle in Japan where the large castle and three small castles are connected by wataru. While maintaining the beautiful appearance while constructing battle structures such as rockfalls and samurai lattice windows, its construction is no less impressive than the Grand Castle.
