Introduction to Bethlehem Church of the Nativity: Bethlehem Church of the Nativity (Christian Quarter) is located on the top of the Judean Hill in Bethlehem, south of Jerusalem. The famous Christian monument, the Church of the Nativity, is located in the Manger Square in the city center. It was built in the 4th century AD and was destroyed by the Samaritan uprising in 529 AD. The current Church of the Nativity was rebuilt on the original site and partially maintained its original architectural style. The Star of Bethlehem Cave inside the church is the most religious and historically significant part of the Church of the Nativity. According to legend, Jesus was born in a mud manger in this underground cave that is 13 meters long and 3 meters wide. The appearance of the entire church looks quite like a medieval castle, simple and solid. The church does not have a door, only a stone cave more than one meter square, and people must bow down to enter.
