Introduction to the Four Cypresses: The four green and ancient cypress trees in front of the temple add a bit of solemnity and simplicity to Taigong Temple. These four cypress trees were planted in the early years of the Tang Dynasty when the Taigong Temple was built. They have a history of more than 1,300 years.
