Introduction to the Ecological Avenue: The Ecological Avenue is about 600 meters long and is hailed as “the best road in the world” by Mr. Ren Jizhou, a senior academician of the grass industry. It is close to Songtao Lake and looks like a green belt flowing in the southeast of the park. It is constructed using the internationally advanced mixed seeding technology and is evergreen all year round, with distinctive features and is ecologically friendly. Along both sides of the road are the Jiangsu Provincial Seedling Germplasm Gene Bank and Turfgrass Germplasm Gene Bank, which collect about 860 forest tree species and more than 80 ornamental grass species.
