Introduction to the Sangha Hall: The Sangha Hall has a total area of 1,430 square meters and a height of 22 meters. It is built in Song Dynasty style and reflects the ingenious integration of Buddhist culture and architectural art. The hall enshrines one statue of Master Sangha and thirty-three statues of Guanyin. The statue of Master Sangha is the tallest Buddha statue in the whole hall, with a height of 3.8 meters. The statue of Master Sangha is designed based on the Dazu Rock Carvings in Sichuan. It has a round face, wears a monk's hat and cassock, and sits with hands sleeves on its sleeves. There are 16 Avalokitesvara statues on both sides of the Sangha Hall, which together with the Water Moon Avalokitesvara on the back wall of the Sangha statue form the Thirty-three Avalokitesvara statues. The seated statue of Shuiyue Guanyin is 3.5 meters high, and the average height of the other standing Guanyin statues is 3.58 meters. The Buddha statues are all made using traditional bodiless craftsmanship and are manufactured by Hengsheng Statue Craft Factory in Xianyou County, Fujian. Legend has it that Guanyin has thirty-three incarnations, but few temples have enshrined such a complete number of Guanyin statues. Wukong Temple is the only temple in China that houses thirty-three Guanyin statues in one hall.
