Introduction to Chongli Hall: The hall of the former residence is called Chongli Hall. There is a landscape painting hanging in the middle and a couplet written by Dong Qichang, a great scholar of the Ming Dynasty, hanging on both sides. There are two rows of Ming-style furniture in the hall. It displays the calligraphy and painting works painted by famous contemporary calligraphers and painters in commemoration of Xu Xiake, as well as photos of the scenery that Xu Xiake traveled through. The living conditions of Xu Xiake's former residence at that time are vaguely visible.
