Introduction to the North Archway: The North Archway is the name of the place. The word "Jiange" is engraved on the square's eye, telling the origin of the Jiange. The couplet on the pillar on the south side of the archway is "The Jianbi Gate is five thousand feet high, and the stone is a pavilion with nine openings" is selected from the couplet in the "Song of the Emperor's Western Tour of Nanjing" by Li Bai, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty. The couplet on the archway on the other side is "Two cliffs stand against the sky. , Ten thousand men chopped from the ground" is selected from a couplet in the poem "Enter the Sword Gate" by Cen Shen, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty. The main relief patterns on the archway are based on the Three Kingdoms. They are respectively engraved with Zhuge Liang setting up the pass, Jiang Wei guarding the pass (south), Liu Bei passing the pass, and Zhang Fei passing the pass (north). The middle beam is engraved with a marching map of the Shu-Han army of the Three Kingdoms.
