Introduction to the Mud Forest: The Mud Forest is located in the eastern part of the park, covering an area of 7.5 square kilometers. The area has the only submerged geological landform in China and various forms and characteristics of landforms, including gravity landforms, microscopic landscapes, flowing water landforms, etc. Because of its rare landform features, it was named "Qian'an Mud Forest" by Liu Dongsheng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Engineering.
