Introduction to Guanlan Pavilion: Guanlan Pavilion is located on the west side of Baotu Spring. It was originally a building in the courtyard of the historian Liu Zhao (official to Sicheng) during the Xining period of the Northern Song Dynasty, named "Quanquan Pavilion". In the fifth year of Minmingshun (1641), the imperial eunuchs Wei and Wu came to help. They built a pavilion next to the spring (it is also said that it was built by the governor Hu Zuanzong), named "Guanlan".
