Introduction to the entire line of navigation: On December 29, 2010, the entire line of Jinan's moat was officially opened to navigation, marking the formal formation of a 6.9-kilometer-long spring tourist landscape belt surrounding the old city. According to statistics, the entire moat navigation project demolished more than 24,000 square meters of building area, built three new small bridges, rebuilt four bridges, built two ship locks, three control locks, and two flood control gates, and reinforced the river bank for more than 4,000 meters. , planting nearly 200,000 trees, shrubs, evergreens and aquatic plants; not only that, the project also repaired 10 garden buildings, installed more than 50,000 night landscape lighting fixtures, and produced relief sculptures of "Eight Scenes of Jinan" and "Eight Scenes of Jinan" along the river bank. Cultural landscapes such as the "Ying Shui Chang" relief, the "Old Water Mill" scene sculptures, and the "Shuntian Gate Ruins" stone carvings of Nanmen Bridge have added rich cultural heritage to the landscape belt.
