Introduction to the front yard: Walking out of the north gate of the Tianwang Hall is the front yard of the Tathagata Buddha Hall. There are peonies planted on the side of the main road in the middle. Under the peonies, there are three "statues" of gray cranes standing quietly. When you get closer, the three "statues" suddenly start to hide behind the peonies. It turns out that they are three captive birds. Gray cranes and fairy cranes are the embodiment of auspiciousness, so they are deeply loved by the Xibe people.
