Introduction to the emperor's accommodation: Back then, Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong both came to Nanyang and stayed there. It is said that Kangxi also gave the landlord a "rolling dragon embroidered brocade blanket" to cover the threshold he passed. In the Qing Dynasty, whenever officials, big or small, passed by this place and saw a rolling dragon on the threshold, they would all perform a grand ceremony, just like when they saw the king's face. Civil servants got off their sedan chairs and military officers dismounted their horses. Recalling the meritorious service of Ma's family in Shunhe Village, Emperor Qianlong inscribed a plaque for Ma's family with the message "Good deeds are rewarded." The Ma family has always regarded this plaque as a priceless treasure and the highest honor. They even built a special plaque room and kept it for 230 years. Unfortunately, it was unfortunately destroyed during the "Cultural Revolution".
