Introduction to the Monument to Hu Yaobang's Tour of the River: There is a white stone monument on the riverside in front of the Guandi Temple, which is the "Monument to Hu Yaobang's Tour of the River". On August 15, 1984, Hu Yaobang, then General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, visited Hutou to inspect and admire the beautiful scenery along the Ussuri River. This was the only time in the history of Hutou Town that the country's top leader was welcomed. Therefore, it became the pride and glory of the local people, and a monument was erected in memory.
