Introduction to the Martyrs Memorial Hall: The Martyrs Memorial Hall was built in 1952 and completed in 1954. It is a magnificent palace-style building with red walls and green tiles and a typical national traditional style. The hall is 15 meters high and covers an area of 960 square meters. The plaque of the hall is inscribed by Zhou Enlai. Dong Biwu's couplet "The sparks of the revolution will give rise to the shining sun and the moon, and the death will leave a righteous and strong river and mountains as a sacrifice." is engraved on the doorpost. Inside the museum is the "Exhibition of the Deeds of Revolutionary Martyrs in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border Region", which displays the life stories of 243 revolutionary martyrs during the first and second domestic revolutionary wars, the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War. It shows the outstanding sons and daughters of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan who threw their heads and blood and dedicated their youth and lives to the magnificent liberation cause of the Chinese nation. They reflected the noble feelings and spiritual light of the Chinese nation's indomitable and courageous dedication.
